On-site video capture – Edvance

The 6ème SENS teams produce numerous video recordings in various locations, including conference rooms, hotels, theaters and trade shows.

But we often work on our customers’ premises.

To celebrate their new year, Edvance asked us to shoot a Q&A sequence between their executives and the company’s employees on their premises.

After taking into account their expectations and scouting their premises, we came up with the scenography and layout.Each zone corresponded to a specific  theme, and ensured a certain proximity between employees and Edvance managers.

We set up a temporary TV set at our customer’s premises, with a 5-camera video control room including 1 Litecam system, sound and lighting.

The footage was captured under live conditions.

Good preparation beforehand optimized the occupancy time at the customer’s site.
